Very nice private campground. Owners were very helpful. Nice campground store w/with lots of the basics, plus beer and wine. We had a big site by the creek - a little noisy because it was pretty close to the outdoor bar area where they play live music on Fri. and Sat. nights. There are a few full time residents here, but the campground was full of weekend campers - so it still had a campground feel. Liked having the full hook-ups and laundry. Only reasons we didn't rate it higher - many sites seemed narrow and it was a little loud. But, we will visit again.

This campground is quiet (although you can hear cars), clean and the hosts are great. A lot of attention to detail here in the landscaping, bathhouse and pavilion. We were lucky that the campground wasn't crowded - the sites are very close together. We didn't have anyone next to us fortunately. While sites are very level and wide enough to accommodate slides, there is not a lot of space to hang out on the campsite. All sites do have fire pits and picnic tables. Rated an 8 just because we like more wooded spacious sites. But honestly, this is the nicest full hookup campground in the area - we looked at them all.
